Following graduation from the University of Chicago, I learned of the wild irrelevancy of my B.A. degree in General Biology toward anything connected with making a living. But I still treasure the education I received there - learning how to think logically, and how to break a problem down into its component parts, making it easier to find solutions.

I earned a night school equivalent of an AA degree in electronics from the college of San Mateo. At CSM, I also completed the work for the first of my industry technical certifications.

I have 22 years experience in client site business equipment repair, including 10 years experience with computer based products, and 8 years of LAN and networking experience.
